The value of diabetic test strips depends mainly on three things: the brand, the box size, and how much time is left before the expiration date. Popular brands with long-dated, sealed boxes are worth the most. The fastest way to know your exact payout is to request a free quote.
What determines how much your test strips are worth
- Brand and type. In-demand brands like Accu-Chek, Contour Next, OneTouch and FreeStyle typically command higher offers.
- Expiration date. The further out the date, the more your box is worth. Strips close to expiring are worth less or may not be accepted.
- Box size and count. Larger counts and full, unopened boxes are worth more.
- Condition. Sealed, undamaged retail boxes with no pharmacy stickers get the best offers.
Why we don’t list one fixed price
Market prices for diabetic supplies move over time, and every seller’s boxes are different. Rather than quote a number that might be out of date, we give you a current, no-obligation quote based on exactly what you have. That way you always see today’s real value.
How to get the most for your strips
- Sell sooner rather than later, while expiration dates are far out
- Keep boxes sealed and undamaged
- Include all the boxes you have — larger lots are worth more
- Bundle in CGM sensors and pump supplies you no longer need
